We have social events to raise money for good causes, but the real benefit is the pleasure its gives us all when we get together informally and have a good time.

The fund raiser in May 2011 was for Live@Home and it took the form at "Tea at the Ritz" when the best bone china was brought out and home made cakes were served with tea. Dozens sacrificed their diet regime to help this worthy cause.
